The printer did not print my pages but deducted my account. May I get a refund?

Answer

With most print jobs that do not print, your print allotment will automatically revert back to the allotment you had before sending the print job.

If this does not happen, or if the print job was successful but the printed pages are damaged or unreadable, IT must verify the problem and reapply the print funds. Libraries employees do not have access to your print allotment account and cannot reapply funds, but may be asked by IT to verify the problem with your print job.
