How do I donate books to the Libraries?

University Libraries are pleased to accept gifts-in-kind of library materials, provided the materials are appropriate for the library's collection, not duplicative of currently held materials, and in suitable condition for circulation. Please see our Donation Policy and Donation of Library Materials Form for more information.
General gifts-in-kind are handled by the Collection Management department. Prior to donating materials, all donors must contact the Collection Development Librarian by email at lib_acq@memphis.edu.
Special Collections welcomes donations of Memphis‐related materials; please email at specialcollections@memphis.edu or call 901‐678‐2210.
For donations to Government Publications please email at lib_govpub@memphis.edu or call 901‐678‐4455.
