All users are assessed fines for materials not returned by specified date or time. There is NO grace period for Reserve items. Overdue charges for reserve materials are higher than general collection resources to encourage their prompt return. If items are not returned on time the following fines will be assessed:
Fines for Overnight, 24 Hour, 3 Day, and 7 Day Reserve items accrue at $1.00 per day, to a maximum $12.00 fine.
Fines for 2 Hour Reserve items accrue at a rate of $1.00 per hour or portion of an hour, to a maximum $12.00 fine.
All Libraries’ billing inquiries are handled in the Circulation Department. If you have questions regarding Reserve Room fines or about a bill, please contact Frankie Perry at (901) 678-4483.
