Q. I can't remember my UofM UUID/username and/or my password. How can I find this information?

Your UUID/username is the same username that you use to login to MyMemphis and the University's Single Sign-On (SSO) service.

If you have forgotten your UUID, visit the University of Memphis' electronic directory:

1. Type in your name.
2. Click Submit.
3. You should see your name, UUID, and UofM email address.

If you have forgotten your password:

1. Go to iAM.memphis.edu
2. Click on "Reset Your Password" to the right of the sign-in boxes and follow the instructions in the window that opens.
