Your UUID/username is the same username that you use to login to MyMemphis and the University's Single Sign-On service. If you have forgotten your UUID, visit the University of Memphis' electronic directory:

  1. Type in your name.
  2. Click Submit.

You should see your name, UUID, and UofM email address.

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Go to iAM.memphis.edu
  2. Click on "reset your password" to the right of the sign-in boxes and follow the instructions in the window that opens.

If you wish to change your password:

  1. Go to iAM.memphis.edu
  2. Sign in using your current password.
  3. Click the "Change Password" link.
  4. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

For information regarding password requirements and best practices, visit the ITS Password Security page

If you are unable to reset your password or need further assistance, please contact ITS.
