It's easiest to figure out which database to use either by using Research Guides or the Search Databases page.
Research Guides
- Browse our Research Guides for your or a related subject, topic, or course guide. In the Research Guides, there are database recommendations and links.
- The Databases videos in the Library Help Videos Guide has recommendations for finding and using specific popular databases.

Find our most popular databases and databases for your subject areas using the Search Databases page. To do so, watch this video or use the text instructions below.

Text Instructions for Finding Databases
- Start on the Libraries homepage and click on the Search Databases link.

- This will bring you to our Electronic Resources search.
- To find a database for your subject or topic,
- Find the heading Search databases by subject.
- Use the dropdown menu to select one of our most common subject areas or select Browse all database subjects to see the full list.

- The results for each subject will be in alphabetical order. Select a database name to access or select View Resource Record to see details about the database.

- To find choose one of our most popular databases, under the heading Most Used Databases, select the dropdown menu and choose a database.
