UofM Libraries offers access to many eBooks on a variety of topics. To find an eBook, follow the instructions in this video to search from the Libraries homepage

Locate eBooks from the University Libraries Homepage from University Libraries on Vimeo.

Once you have found an eBook, look for a link for PDF, EPUB, or "read online" to begin reading the book. Many eBooks will let you search within a book, use the table of contents or index to jump to specific information, and download or print parts of the eBook. Here's an example EBSCO eBook:

EBSCO eBook Folk Music A Very Short Introduction with PDF Full Text link
EBSCO eBook Folk Music A Very Short Introduction noting link "Save Pages," link "Print Pages," and heading "Search within"
