UofM Libraries offers access to many eBooks on a variety of topics. To find an eBook, follow the instructions in this video to search from the Libraries homepage

Locate eBooks from the University Libraries Homepage from University Libraries on Vimeo.

 

Many academic databases hold eBooks in addition to journal articles. There should be an indication of the type of source - journal or eBook - somewhere on the webpage or in the source record. Once you have found an eBook, look for a link for PDF, EPUB, or "read online" to begin reading the book. Here's an example of an EBSCO eBook record:

You can then pull citation information, share/email a link to the eBook, download all or parts of the eBook (limitations vary), or search within the text:
