Q. How do I reserve a group study room in McWherter Library?

On the University Libraries' homepage, under Locations, there is a link for Reserve Space.

In the University Libraries Spaces and Events page, select the Book Group Study Rooms & Technology button and choose from the drop-down menu options. Note that there are study rooms available to reserve in McWherter Library at Main Campus, the Health Sciences Library at Park Campus, and Lambuth Library in Jackson, TN:

Make a Reservation

The booking grid shows you the room's days and hours booked (red) and available (blue). Choose your date, start time and location. This will turn your selection yellow.

Under the grid, use the drop-down menu that appears to choose your end time, and then select Submit Times:

Review and agree to the room's terms, conditions, and policies. After you agree, you will fill out the form to complete your booking. You will then receive an email with your booking information.

If you would like to check out a dry erase marker/eraser kit or technology, visit the Check-Out Desk at McWherter Library, the Health Sciences Library, or Lambuth Library, depending on your location.
