You can use Google's Site Search!

In the Google search box, enter your search terms, then add site:.gov

For example, if you're looking for divorce information in Memphis, type into Google divorce Memphis site:.gov

Your results will be only government websites. Do not put a space between the colon (:) and the dot (.).

The site: tool can be used for:

  • (dot) domains: .gov, .edu, .org, .mil
  • base URLs of webpages: commercialappeal.com, tn.gov
