The official website of the IRS has a page with tax forms and instructions. They also have a step-by-step guide on how to file your taxes.

If you are eligible, you may be able to file your taxes for free using Free File.

Beware of scams! Many scammers will impersonate the IRS in order to pressure you into giving up personal, financial, or employment information or money. The real IRS will typically contact you first via mail delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. Review this webpage: How to know it’s the IRS to learn more.

For additional help or information, contact the Government Publications Department.
