Q. Does the library have textbooks for my classes?

We usually do not purchase textbooks used in UofM courses. The University Bookstore sells textbooks for your classes. The Bookstore is located on the main campus directly across from the Michael D. Rose Theatre and behind the University Center. 

There are two cases where we might have your textbook: course reserves and Textbooks for Tiger Veterans. 

Course Reserves

• Some professors put a personal copy of required readings on reserve for short-term checkout.
• To see if your textbook is available, search by your class or your instructor's name. 
• If your professor put required readings on reserve at the library, visit the Check Out Desk at your library to use them. Be sure to have your ID with you.

Textbooks for Tiger Veterans
