We offer periodic RefWorks workshops. Find out if any are being offered on the RefWorks research guide.
The research guide also has a lot of great information about setting up an account, importing resources, and using Write-N-Cite. If there are no workshops, and the guide doesn't answer your questions, set up a research consultation for a one-on-one Refworks workshop with a research librarian.
