Below are the instructions for how to log in to your classes and some troubleshooting tips. The log in instructions for new students will remain on the eLearn homepage for the first part of the semester.

TO LOG IN: Go to


Enter the following information in the blue Login box on the left:

Username - [first initial of first name]+[full last name]+[month and day of your birthday (mmdd)]
Example: John Doe with birthday of March 1st would be  jdoe0301

Password - [6 digit birthday (mmddyy)]
Example: John Doe born March 1st, 1981 would have the password of 030181. Remember that passwords are case sensitive.


If you have taken RODP classes before, you will use your old password. If you can't remember your old password, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the log in page. A reset link will be sent to the email address we have on file from your home school. If you do not receive your password reset link in a few minutes, check any other emails you may have used (personal and school emails). Be sure to also check your spam and junk folders. If you still do not receive the reset link, call our help desk at 888-223-0023.


Once you are logged in, you should see your classes under My Courses. If you do not see any classes, click the arrows to the right of the box to expand the view.

If you still cannot log in or can log in but don't see your classes, please refer to the following troubleshooting tips below for assistance.


One of the most common reasons for not being able to log in is simple user error - caps lock is on, mistyped credentials, password is wrong, etc.

Be sure you are entering, to the best of your knowledge, the correct log in credentials.

If the log in still will not work, there could be several reasons:

1) You aren't actually taking an RODP class but an online class offered directly by your home institution. Check the section # of your registration for an "R". This indicates it is an RODP class. If the "R" is not there, you are enrolled in an online class at your home school and have a different portal for accessing your class(es).

2) You need to reset your password. Many times what we think is our password isn't correct. If you're not 100% sure, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the log in page.
