1.  Look at our A - Z list of databases which has descriptions of each database
     and subject areas covered in each

2.  Browse our Subject Research Guides for database recommendations and
     searching help by subject area.  Search our Tutorials on Using Databases
     Research Guide for popular databases, descriptions & tutorials

3.  Search our Databases page to find databases by academic area:
     From the Libraries homepage, click on the Databases tab of the Search UM
     Libraries search box:
     
     

      Click on All Databases:

      

         This will take you to the University Libraries' Databases page
         where you can search for databases by academic area:

          
           
           You can also click on "Browse all database subjects"

           

           
             to view an A - Z list of subjects covered by databases:


               

      Clicking on a subject will link you to a list of databases that cover this
       specific topic.  
So, clicking on Biotechnology will show you a list of
       27 databases in which you can 
search for information about Biotechnology.
