The database Journal Citation Reports will allow you to find the full title by searching via the abbreviated title. To search for a specific journal, you can click on the dropdown and search by Abbreviated Journal Title. When the abbreviated title comes up, click on that abbreviated title to get the full title and other information about the journal.

You can also use the Ulrich's Periodicals Directory (shelved behind the reference desk , call number Z6941 .U5)  If the journal has an official abbreviation, it will be listed in Ulrich's under "additional title details."
